These terms cover ordering, paying for, and receiving custom design work from VIZN ("we," "us"). By submitting an order, you agree to them.
Orders are placed by selecting a design or package, submitting your design brief, and completing payment through Stripe. Payment is due before design work begins. Prices are listed on the site and are subject to change, but the price shown at the time you order is what you'll be charged.
Every order includes unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the final design, within the scope of what you originally ordered (e.g. color/text/photo adjustments to the design you requested). Requests for a substantially different design than what was ordered may be treated as a new order.
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours from when we receive your complete brief and any required photos. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary based on order volume and how quickly you respond with feedback or missing information.
Because every design is custom-made for you, all sales are final once work has begun on your design. If you need to cancel before we've started, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. If you're unhappy with your finished design, we'll work with you through revisions to make it right — refunds beyond that are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once your order is complete and paid in full, you'll receive your final files (digital and/or print-ready, depending on what you ordered). You're free to use your delivered design for its intended purpose (social media, printing, team/school use, etc.). VIZN retains the right to display completed designs in its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise.
You're responsible for having the right to use any photos, logos, or other content you provide us for your design. Please don't submit content you don't have permission to use.
Banners and other printed items are produced through a third-party print vendor. Turnaround for printed items includes production and shipping time in addition to design time, and may take longer than digital-only orders.
VIZN's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of your design.
